What he means is read the mission description and follow it.
Wailing lords must die first, theres 3 or 4 of them.
Never seen a group that had a chance to do it even after their 3rd try, but we got some wailing lords down bretty good, but oh well something new allways screws up.

Mesmers are your friend, ask them about what shatter hex can do. Especially if they use arcane echo to double it for this situation. They make those bosses infinitely easier.

Theres alot of dream riders, but the strategy remains basically the same for all of them, this is assuming they havent changed them since the major update. Fighting the first dream rider you come across would go like this:
1. Pull Dream Rider to the stairs you entered into the chaos planes from and kill it. The first 3 Mindblades will spawn away from you in the open.
2. Pull those 3 to the stairs and use the stairs as a choke point to wall them off from your casters/healer and get them to bunch up in a group.
3. Repeat above with each group of mindblades, 6 then 9 respectively. Have any Ele's use Glyph of Concentration to get off their big AoE's and anyone without glyph use a few less important spells in the beginning to take the intterupts etc. before using your best spells with longer cast times.
After that first one, theres alot of different spots you can use as chokepoints as you slowly advance through the area. When they are in groups with Wailing Lord and such, always kill the Dream Rider last. Hope that helps somehow.
